Três Valentes
Rayssa Peres
Three Valiant Ones
A very strong king, feared by all
Raised a statue in the midst of the people
And made a decree to all his subjects
To worship the statue he had erected
Among the people were three young men
And their hearts beat so strongly
Saying: We will not bow down
Even if death comes
We are not from here, this people is not ours
This king does not rule over us
We have a purpose
To be faithful to the true God
Anywhere
The God from heaven can deliver us
From the flame, from the fire that burns
And even if He does not come to save us
We will stand
(You already know, right?)
They threw the three young men into the furnace, bound
The fire was so great
That it even burned the soldiers
The flames rose up
I have won, the king thought
But in a few seconds
He himself observed
In the midst of the furnace
The three young men walked
And they were not alone
A fourth was with them
At the moment they entered the furnace
The great One was already there
A faithful believer even walks in the fire
Does not burn the hair
Nor smells of smoke
And fears nothing even if he becomes a criminal
For his purpose is to remain faithful
Then God arrives, delivers, heals, walks in the fire
Closes the grave
Shows to those who think they are powerful
That He is the One who can
And that He is the strongest
The secret is to be a man of faith
And understand that he serves Jesus of Nazareth
A man who does not burn
Who does not die, does not drown
For over the sea
He walks anytime
A believer who does not run away
Even when threatened
Who honors his God
And does not yield to sin
God honors on earth
And when he reaches heaven, he is rewarded
