How beautiful life is, living it without sorrow
Filled with charm, with love and pleasure
Living the memory of happy times
Dreaming in the joy of a woman

Without a hope, without a dream
Carrying on my shoulders the cross of Calvary
And a heavy pain in my heart

I've rolled through the world
With a wounded heart
To see her once more

You saw me arrive

The tragedy of my life
With deep sorrow
I remember one afternoon, cursed autumn
That on a cheerful boat my girlfriend left
Following her footsteps I came to this beach
And, never in my life, did I find her again
And so, stumbling, just like so many others
I fell, new port, without joy and without faith
Hungry and defeated, without peace or happiness
And today I seek in death what I never dreamed
How many times
I've rolled through the world
