I'm afraid of you
(You, woman)
There are those who guard,
But there's no one who understands,
There are those who embrace,
But there's no one who fears,
You don't even know you're suffering,
You thought it would be prettier,
Practical, logical,
Yet tragicomic
Poorly written, ungrateful role,
Living your life as property,
I'm afraid of you.
Stop!
Maybe you wouldn't even believe anymore,
That I'm afraid of you,
But remember it,
Because if the whirlpool
Pulls you to the depths,
It will be too late to know
That I'm afraid of you.
(You, poet)
There are those who drive you away,
There are those who hurt you,
There are those who envy
Your envies,
There could finally be peace,
But it will never end,
Many cynical, layman
Know-it-all critics
Besiege all your verses,
Measure all your actions,
And bury them.
Stop!
Maybe you wouldn't even believe anymore,
That I'm afraid of you,
But remember it,
Because if the whirlpool
Pulls you to the depths,
It will be too late to know
That I'm afraid of you.
