In the Bible I have found the words that have given me
In moments of sadness, happiness, and much more
Where Christ has taken me, in his arms he has embraced me
He has taught me to love and forgive
Words of understanding that he used some time ago
And today they tell us so much truth
They give us strength in moments of trials and sorrow
They remove all evil. They break the chains
Word of God, speak to me of him. Tell me what to do to not fall
Word of God, deliver me from evil, give me light and teach me to love
Word of God, fill me and my good Jesus, I want to know
