Suerte negra

Black Luck
Black Luck
They say that swearing in vain
is a wickedness that is punished,
but in his inhuman chest
there is cruelty and he lied to me.
With his finest smile
he said to me: 'I love you',
and one foggy night
he ran away with an old man.
Yesterday I went to the cemetery
to end my sorrow,
but I am so black lucky
that they didn't want to let me in.
When you lived with me
and sighed with me,
you told me you loved me
because you had my song.
Ungrateful!, seeing you with another
made me want to kill,
but I thought you were an orphan
and I started to cry.
Now, like a bird without direction,
I only have my song:
and I know that if you hear it
you will feel my heart cry.
