I woke up early today
Went to work
Spent the whole day on the road
The train I used to take didn't stop at the station
There were people crying and others shouting

I returned to my house
I looked for my wife and didn't find her
Jesus came in the clouds
Took his church and I stayed

When the train passed
I stopped to take a break

My old clock is late

I came back from work
Sat on the couch
For me, the important thing was the news
Now there's not even a commercial, it's sad news all day long

Some friends disappeared
My dear children
And also my parents
