It almost seems like you don't know
Who I am here and who you are
The leaf, the fruit, the flower, the branch
The sea that repeats: I love you
And what's up there?
If it's not the Sun, it's the Moon
I won't do it anymore
I mean, if I speak, listen to the sound
And deep down you do it too
You've already done it but
You pretended
To give a meaning even to me
The word was explained
But the sound was already on its way
And it insinuated as if
It was looking for the underside of clothes
To stay close, close to you
You know this, you know it
You can say it all you want, but
Love is not about not understanding

You know things, I know them too
But the things we know
On which we love each other
Are all infidelities-
To the nice speeches we make
And we talk as if
Talking was loving
We talk as if
There was a sense in us
And we become the absurd
Of two people in the world
And if we are here
It's the world that's not there
Love is like the end
We know everything, that is
That like in all stories
From the beginning it's already the end

And here
Is the hour of sunset
And here is the dawn
Noon
And here is the flowing water
And shores and rhymes come back
I made them for You
It's the sound of words
It's like when I touch you
It's like when you undress
You take off the dawn
It's the noon of the day
It's the red of the sunset
And you listen to the sound between us
