Los Caminos De La Vida

The Paths of Life
The paths of life
Are not as I thought
As I imagined them
They are not as I believed
The paths of life
Are very difficult to walk
Difficult to traverse
I can't find the way out
I thought life was different
When I was little I believed
That things were as easy as yesterday
That my good old lady was striving
To give me everything I needed
And today I realize it's not that easy
Because my old lady is already tired
Of working for my brother and me
And now I gladly have to help her
And I will fight for my old lady until the end
I will fight for her until I die
And I don't want to die for her
Nor do I want my old lady to die
But what can I do if destiny is like this
One knows that life may suddenly end
And one hopes it's late
That the farewell comes
A friend told me
I will repay my parents
For the upbringing they gave me
And life didn't last long enough
That's why I ask you, my God in heaven
To guide me to the right path
To compensate my beautiful old lady
To forget the suffering
And that all torment stays away from her
That she had to go through to raise us
Beautiful old lady, you have to understand me
Don't worry, everything will change
I suffer a lot, dear mother, seeing you
In need and I can't give you
Sometimes I cry feeling powerless
There are so many things I want to give you
And I will fight tirelessly
Because you don't deserve to suffer anymore
The paths of life
Are not as I thought
As I imagined them
They are not as I believed
The paths of life
Are very difficult to walk
Difficult to traverse
I can't find the way out
The paths of life
Are not as I thought
As I imagined them
They are not as I believed
