Just like life itself
I live alone and I'm out all day
and on the crest of the wave
without looking for it, I always have company
for games, for drinks,
for nights, for laughs
but now I've lost my mind
for a guy who wants me exclusively
and his firmness scares me.
Because sometimes a shared life
is not as fun.

Let me not tell you, let me not say what I feel
when I think of my friends
so happy and me at home
sitting in the armchair watching TV
and thinking about the things
I've lost and I feel depressed
because I see no laughs, no desires,
just kids and meals.
And I understand that life without a husband
is much more fun.

When I think of other lives
it seems to me that they will be more fun
because sometimes a shared life
is not as fun.
