El Cóndor Pasa
Ancora Tenores
The condor happens
The condor of the Andes woke up
With the light of a happy dawn
His wings slowly unfolded
And he went down to the blue river to drink
After him the Earth was covered
Of greenery, of love and peace
Behind him the branch blossomed
And the sun rose in the wheat field
in the wheat field
The Andean condor descended
When a happy dawn arrives
The sky, seeing his departure, sobbed
And he poured out his gray cry when he left
After him the Earth was covered
Of greenery, of love and peace
Behind him the branch blossomed
And the sun rose in the wheat field
in the wheat field
