Lord today I come to talk about myself
In this prayer of mine, I beg for your forgiveness
I want to have communion
To be like a child
Source that only pours out innocence and love
Take me, Lord, to know you more
Understand your thoughts
And what are your ideas I want to learn
With you come teach me how to listen to you, Lord
How to please you, how to bring a smile to you
How to get your attention to me
How to make the Lord pour out your glory here
I want more of your power, Lord
I want to see your move, Lord
I surrender my life to you
I am completely yours, may my desires
Be the same as yours
I want to be like you, I want to resemble you
And love my brother as myself
Know how to recognize all my flaws
Come to the conclusion that my whole being
Is dependent on you, Lord
