Faithful Soldier

How many trials do you have to go through
How many disappointments do you have to endure
It's not easy when you're alone
It seems like the thorns hurt the soul
The heart can no longer bear the pain of having to fight once again
A soldier is one who fights wounded, who doesn't give up
And doesn't get discouraged
After falling, you have to get up to conquer
A soldier of heaven is a faithful soldier
Is a champion seeking more than a trophy
To fight is to win
To win is to know that a crown will be received in heaven

I want to write my story
Of struggles and many victories
And be a soldier who didn't retreat
But fought in the face of battle
I want to fulfill my mission
To mark this generation of mine
And be an example of a faithful servant
And still have the privilege of living in heaven

I will win, conquer
I will win, I will arrive
I will win, I will fight
I will win, I will gain
