Un Rinconcito al Sur
Andy & Lucas
A Little Corner in the South
I have a little corner
Down in the South
Where the girls dance
With the sea
Where the east fights
For its streets
And the west doesn't invade
Because it doesn't want to bother
Seven brothers they have, that's how they are
And a mother named Andalusia
A mother in their hearts
Who knows no fear
Their streets lead
Towards the beach
Their nights are cinnamon
In branch
Where the air
Makes you kiss
There I have lived
So many emotions
I have discovered
So many loves
Of those that
Make you cry
Gift me the girls
Who have their ways
Gift me their moon
Full of corals
Forgive me, fellow countryman
It's just that CADIZ is not normal
Gift me their mother
Named Andalusia
Invite their streets
For poetry to come
And let my singing
Be heard in my city today
I have a little corner
Where art sprouts
Through the air
And in the sky there are
A million stars
Where they learn carnivals
And the grace of this land
Gazes that get lost in its sun
And afternoons that slip away with its moon
That's how I feel its warmth
That's how I feel that corner
Gift me the girls...
