Dos Corazones

Two Hearts
With a lonely heart,
You can't be happy,
The poor one, being so blind,
Goes from slip to slip
And then very confused,
Only knows how to cry,
With a lonely heart,
You can never forget.
Two hearts should have,
Like eyes, hands, feet,
If one gets sick with sorrow and pain,
The other, the other that is healthy,
Goes looking for another love.
One day without knowing when,
Without knowing how and why,
You find your heart,
Chained to your feet
And seeing that it was surrendered,
You stop liking it,
With a lonely heart,
You can never forget.
Two hearts should have,
Like eyes, hands, feet,
If one gets sick with sorrow and pain,
The other, the other that is healthy,
Goes looking for another love.
