O Semeador

The Sower went out to sow,
The holy seed in every heart.
But in the hard ground he needs to work,
To remove stones and thorns
And thus, with strength, bear fruit.

Work, Lord, in my heart,
In mind, will, and emotion,
I don't want to remain like this.
I desire, then, to repent,
And obey Your word,
This is my prayer!

Remove the stones, prepare the soil,
Grow in me, Lord, make me bear fruit.
In good soil, which always longs
To hear Your voice, transform my heart.
