Fallen Leaves
Autumn Nostalgie
Fallen Leaves
The curse of autumn consumed everything
The crowns of the trees perish on the ground
Yellowed, dead leaves
In a sea of gold, they await tomorrow
Waiting and waiting for eternal loneliness
But the wind carries them to unknown lands
To foreign soil and foreign lands
They don't reach eternal death
Silently, soundlessly
This life dissipates like fog
Like a dried leaf
Which on an autumn evening
Forever falls to the ground
Covered like freshly fallen snow
Hidden and forgotten
The curse of autumn reaches everything
It tears apart endless dreams
It takes awakening with it
Into the realm of eternal darkness
Lighting a torch in the lost world
Bringing light to the cursed marsh
Silence trembles with fear
But it has never been destroyed before
Wolves howl the sound of dawn
Turning the veiled night into mist
They praise the day after the nights
For they do not await tomorrow in silence
And in the end, you remain in the dark thicket
Because you must wait until you fear
The ultimate autumn night
