Today I woke up earlier
And I watched you sleep
I imagined some supposed fear
So that soon
I could cover you

I've taken care of you
All this time
You are under my embrace
And my protection
I've seen you make mistakes and grow
Love and fly
You know where to land

When you wake up I'll already be gone
I'll stay far away, hidden
But always close for sure
As if I were human, alive
Living to take care of you, protect you
Without you seeing me
Without knowing who I am
If I'm an angel
Or if I am
Your love
