El Poderoso
Banda Ilusión
The Powerful One
Born very poor, humble at heart,
Now I'm powerful, thanks to my god,
Today I have what I want because I have plenty of courage.
In a BMW or else in a suburban,
People often see me pass by and many whisper,
They say I'm a drug dealer but no one can be sure.
The people who are with me never back down,
To a true friend, I always give their place,
Traitors I treat in a special way.
I carry a .45 on my waist,
Also a chivo horn, one of those grenade launchers,
I'm a determined man who's not afraid of anything.
The competition already knows I'm not afraid of the devil,
That's why they respect me and even offer me their hand,
I don't boast of being brave but I've never backed down.
My curly-haired friends send me what I want,
And almost immediately I send it to the white guys,
And I'll keep sending them as long as I make money.
When I start drinking with my true friends,
I like to listen to the banda and northern groups,
And with dust in my hand, I don't let sleep come near.
Females are my weakness and I won't deny it,
If I don't tell them my name, they'll still come to me,
I was born in Sinaloa, next to Culiacan.
