O Fogo Renovador

A fire will warm us with immortal flames
And all who pass by will be purified.
Just as gold is refined in the scorching heat,
We will, by His grace, have a new character.

The Renewer will act with His fire in us,
He will cleanse our hearts and we will give glory to God.
He will refine our being and transform our living,
And all who implore will become pure.

We know the truths that Christ taught,
There is no vile sin that Jesus did not forgive.
If we accept His blood, it will bring us salvation.
His power makes the weak strong, sustaining every soul.
