I have been waiting for a long time

And what a glorious day
When Jesus returns
It will be wonderful
To live with the Lord

The world is despair, pleasures, illusion
Discord, falsehood, and much confusion
Traitor friends, envy, and ambition
Only Jesus Christ has the solution

He will come soon, I know, he will not delay, I know
If everyone trusted in the great savior
We would have a world of peace and love
There would be no hunger, disease, or curse
Only joy and peace in the heart
The vices, the sin that brings perdition
Are snares of the enemy, but God has a solution
Decide today, raise your hand
You will have happiness, God will give you forgiveness.
