I don't worship Him just because He is Holy.
I don't worship Him just because He is Just.
Faithful, True, Infallible, Unfathomable, Ineffable, Insoluble, completely Incomparable.
Majestic, Glorious, Almighty He is, Father of Eternity, He is the Author of my faith.

I don't worship Him just because I know that He holds all power in His hands.
He commands the universe, in the palm of His hands, among all the victors, He is the champion.
I have to worship Him because even before the foundation of the world,
in His heart He planned a plan, He placed in me the essence of a worshiper,
and that's why if I don't worship Him, I die.

Without worshiping You, I am like a grain of sand at the bottom of the sea,
I am like a dry leaf flying in the air,
like a bird without wings, and without the power to fly.

Without worshiping You, my life is not life, I have no joy,
I am someone without hope seeking refuge,
a soul begging for help.

I have to worship You,
I have to magnify You,
I have to exalt You,
I have to bless You,
I have to praise the Holy name of the Lord,
because He is the one who transformed my life,
turned death into life,
turned my sadness into joy,
and that's why if I don't worship Him, I die.
