Les couleurs du temps
Béart Guy
The Colors of Time
The sea is blue between two brown rocks
I would have loved it in orange
Or even in a rainbow like the sea spray
Strange
I want to change the colors of time
Change the colors of the world
The rising sun, the compass rose
The direction my circle will turn
And the water of a tear and all the roaring ocean
I've painted the streets and the benches
Adorned the cities with ribbons
Painted the Eiffel Tower blush
Married the subway to the sea
The sky is made of iron between two chimneys
I would have liked it violet
Or even in a rainbow like the Chinese smoke
I am of all colors
And especially of those that cry
The color I wear is
Especially the one they want to erase
And your black hair suffocated by the night
I would like them multicolored
Like a rainbow that ignites the rain
Of dawn
I want to change the colors of time
Change the colors of the world
The words I hear will be dazzling
And we will dance in a circle
A circle brown, red, saffron
And blonde
