Walk of Life
How many times on this walk do I feel all alone
My cross feels so heavy, but I can't leave it behind
'Cause I'm following the steps of a man who made it to Calvary
Carrying a heavier cross, and for me, He breathed His last
When I read the sacred pages, my heart starts to overflow
I hear the voice of Jesus echoing, promising to stay with me
I hear Him say, oh my servant, you don't need to doubt me
When you think I'm far away, I'm actually right by your side
How many times, groaning or crying, I bow at Jesus' feet
Through tears, I plead for help to carry my cross
When I feel my strength is gone and the ground is ready to take me in
Come, Jesus, carry me in Your arms, and that's how I can win.
