Corazón de Luna
Benito Kamelas
Moon Heart
She was a girl and thought the world was hers
Chains in childhood made her suffer
She enjoyed dreaming of future plans
And fought with rage to be able to escape
And again when I look into her eyes and see
That her dreams have changed again
That in her life she carried a moon
That hears and sees her
She quickly achieved what she had dreamed of
To be the queen of a world, to create a home
And, although she had sworn eternal love,
She signed her life, in white at the altar
And again when I look into her eyes and see
That her dreams have changed again
That in her life she carried a moon
That hears and sees her
And again when I look into her eyes and see
That her dreams have changed again
That in her life she carried a moon
That hears and sees her
Nowadays I see her quite often
I see her eyes and read 'I want freedom'
Her destiny in life has not been lost
For my moon and hers will guide us
And again when I look into her eyes and see
That her dreams have changed again
That in her life she carried a moon
That hears and sees her
And again when I look into her eyes and see
That her dreams have changed again
That in her life she carried a moon
That hears and sees her
And talking to the moon she told me
That she was about to lose hope
But never, her moon heart
