Minha Solidão
Bonde do Vaqueiro
My Loneliness
Here in the place where I live
Small town in the countryside
There's a little bar I always go to
Trying to deceive my loneliness
The waiter who serves me
Already knows what I'll drink
The table where I sit so no one sees me
Crying when I hear that song
The bar owner also knows
That table is mine
He removes three chairs and leaves one alone
So no one sits beside me
If she's not here to drink with me
Not even a friend sits by my side
To avoid seeing a drunk cry
And when I see couples embracing
I order one more and light a cigarette
I call the waiter to talk to me
And hand him the key to my car
I tell him about the woman I love
That it was because of her that I drank
After he removes the bottles
I lean on the table and start to sleep
