Sozinho Na Noite
Bruno e Marrone
Alone in the Night
The Moon is a witness
That the core of the soul
Imbued with calm embraces
A longing starts to sing
Shimmering stars
Dancing across the sky
Reflect in the guitar the sensitivity
Of someone who knows how to love
Sometimes tense hands
Hold onto each other
Trying to control loving memories
Stirred up by time
The marks of the past
Bitter my mind
In a touching way
I made the song sad and the night cried
Alone in the night
Like a vagabond and crazy in love
I make my windows a stage for a show
I shrink, I humiliate myself and sing who I am
A lost case, a lover of the Moon
Misunderstood, trash of the street
It's because I'm a poet and a poet is crazy
Has too much love, has a bit of everything
Thirst, justice, hope in the wind
And believes that soon
The time of sorrows
Could come to an end
Fear of envy
Knowing that poetry
Conveys joy
And many bad people distort it with weight
Has reflections, fears, virtues
Has peace in actions for having an ideal
Has hatred in the outburst
Has own thoughts
Thirst for equality
Faith in sincerity
Fever for rights and defends reason
Alone in the night
Like a vagabond and crazy in love
I make my windows a stage for a show
I shrink, I humiliate myself and sing who I am
A lost case, a lover of the Moon
Misunderstood, trash of the street
It's because I'm a poet and a poet is crazy
Has too much love, has a bit of everything
A lost case, a lover of the Moon
Misunderstood, trash of the street
It's because I'm a poet and a poet is crazy
Has too much love, has a bit of everything
