Hotel de Mil Estrellas
Burdel King
Hotel of a Thousand Stars
The ground started to shake
Beneath my feet
The earth began to cough.
I heard you cry
You were screaming where are you
And silence wrapped you up.
Since then the night brings your voice
The color of your hair and your scent.
I live every night in a hotel
Of a thousand stars that give me light
The earth swallowed my home.
I sleep embraced by yesterday
And the photo I managed to rescue
Where we both were.
Now there are only concrete skeletons.
The earth shivered,
She shed all her skin
Wounds made of tremor.
Scars that will never heal
Scratches at the hands of pain.
I live every night in a hotel
Of a thousand stars that give me light
The earth swallowed my home.
I sleep embraced by yesterday
And the photo I managed to rescue
Where we both were.
Now there are only concrete skeletons.
