Through misty valleys
Between gloomy mountains
Under gray skies
In the middle of black night
On a proud horse
Clad in black garments
Strong weapons in hand

Endless dead trees
An eternity of cold
Over logs and stones
Into the shadows

Out of the mist
Out of darkness
Out of the mountain's great shadow
The castle of the dream

Then the ride stops
