They don't even let us look from the outside
there is so much fog
installed in this place
and it's so difficult sometimes
to try to stretch
life for a few photos
can burn you
mystery reigns
happiness doesn't exist
in this nation.
So many attempts
of scream and passion
so many complaints
sought my inner peace
so many flags
tried to be the solution
so many words that
very few people understood
and even though I'm alone
I prefer to sing than cry
it's much better.
In this nation terror rules
fears silence you,
don't say no.
It's hard to dream of something better
it's hard to forget and
believe that the worst has passed
it's so human
sometimes to try to hide
it's so foolish to think
that one can escape.
I feel fear,
I swear my love
days go by as I search
for a better life
every step I take
they laugh at me
maybe that's why
it's hard to continue
and even though I'm alone
I prefer to sing than die
it's much better.
