I believe, even though everything opposes my faith
I believe, even though everything indicates otherwise
(because I have based my faith, in an unchanging God
in a God who does not change, in a God who is love x2)
I believe, even though everything seems to die
I believe, even though it becomes difficult to continue
(because I have founded my life on sincere words
on words of friends, on words of God x2)
I believe, even if no one wants to believe
I believe, even if everyone opposes me
(because the Christian who has the Lord as a friend
is based on doubt, remains in faith x2)
I believe, even if I have to hate men
I believe, even if I see children cry
(because I learned with certainty that He comes to meet us
in the hardest hours, with His love and His light x2)
