Perdoa-me, Senhor

Forgive me, Lord, if I did not live to serve you
If in my actions I did not reflect your love as well
Forgive me, Lord, if I did not follow your path
If I made mistakes, if I did not want to hear your sweet voice

Listen to my prayer, Lord
I desire to live here to praise you
Teach me to listen to you and serve with love
And follow your holy steps here

Forgive me, Lord, if I distanced myself from you
If in my dark path I did not seek your light
Forgive me, Lord, if I did not seek you in distress
If I did not search for you, if I did not seek your will for me

Listen to my prayer, Lord
I desire to live here to praise you
Teach me to return and be with you
And always trust in your grace

Forgive me, Lord, if I did not bear fruit
If, indifferent to everything, I did not fulfill the mission
Forgive me, Lord, if I did not see the white fields
If I only lived for myself, if I did not develop my talents

Listen to my prayer, Lord
I desire to live here to praise you
Teach me to act and fulfill my duty
And dedicate worthy fruits to you
