If God pulls the plug
Doesn't sing, doesn't preach, doesn't do anything else
There are people who think, who do and make things happen
But everything is by grace, no one deserves it

There are many people getting proud, thinking they're too much
Disdaining everyone thinking they're the only spiritual one
Forgetting that only those who are in the vine bear fruit
When the branch is cut off, it's later burned and turns to dust

The Bible tells the story of a certain monarch who became proud
He rose in life but didn't give glory to God
But one day God pulled the plug, his end was sad
Along with the animals, he spent 7 years eating grass
