Why does God allow
Mothers to go away?

Mother has no limit
It's time without hours
Light that never goes out
When the wind blows
And the rain pours down

Hidden velvet
In wrinkled skin
Pure water, pure air
Pure thought

Death happens
To what is brief and passes
Leaving no trace
Mother, in her grace
Is eternity

Why does God remember
To take her one day?

If I were King of the World
I would pass a law
Mother never dies
Mother will always remain
Close to her child
And he, even when old
Will be tiny
Like a grain of corn
