Pasa

Passes
Passes
The day goes by and everything shakes
Those days soon turn into months
The cypress trees keep aging
And nothing is what it used to be
Passes
Life goes by and runs through our veins
Time shows up right on cue
It’s doing its job effectively
Quietly taking away what it brought
Passes
And yet there’s something that remains
An insomniac dream and a springtime
A moment, who could wish for more
Passes
And I’m blindly searching for what I want
I’m chasing the same old path
Like before, I still hope
Passes
And everything is a mix and a mash
Life weaves halfway with death
We’ll see if there’s room for luck
While laughter still echoes even louder
Passes
Children's laughter fills the house
Suddenly everything means something
Fighting fate for what I’m worth
Even if it’s rough
The wild horse I ride
Passes
The chimera and the calm gallop
And sometimes hope appears
That follows me, that catches up with me
Passes
And yet there’s something that remains
An insomniac dream and a springtime
Another day, I wish for that.
