Apaga Las Luces
Carlos Sadness
Turn Off the Lights
When the lights go out, I hear the clocks
I'm looking for the sleep I left unfinished last night
I breathe in all the air where colors dance
Filling every corner of my lungs
I feel my heartbeats, it seems like my heart came back from vacation
Looking at the light from the plugs on the floor
I think constellations are born in my room
And I don't know which way to turn
It's the pillow that listens to me the most but can't hug me
To throw myself into the pool where dreams float
I wish to be with you and share the insomnia
But in this bed, it rains and everything dissolves
At night you say things you wouldn't dare during the day
Long are the hours in the realm of Selene
Words cry for poems that die
I've realized something
Spectacular, fantastic, unusual
All the turns I've taken around myself
Leave me in the same place as you
I've realized something
Spectacular, fantastic, unusual
I shouldn't be sleeping
I think I'll miss you when I wake up
I've realized something
Spectacular, fantastic, unusual
All the turns I've taken around myself
Leave me in the same place as you
