We are the superheroes
Defending our nation
Living in comics, on movie screens
In television movies

We take criminals
Cruel and evil
To sleep in prison
We are the superheroes

We fight against whoever comes:
Short, chubby, giants
Machiavellian villains, man or woman
But we have moments in life
When we are just like any other people

I am Spiderman
And I'll tell you a little secret:
If I forget about the web climbing a building
I get scared to death

I am Detective Batman
And yesterday afternoon I lost my needle
A button fell off my cape and I
Couldn't patrol at night

I am the loyal Superman
And early this morning, before going to work
I was sleepy and accidentally
Put Kryptonite on my toothbrush

I am the famous Hulk
And I'll reveal a hidden secret:
At the carnival on the avenue I will dress up
As a mashed avocado

I am Wonder Woman
And a true superwoman doesn't lie:
I went to kiss my boyfriend
And broke his front teeth
