Memorial de Deus

God's Memorial
I've gotten used to the oasis in the desert
But when it seems like you're far, that's when you're close
After so long walking by your side
My Lord, I could learn
That worship is the food to survive.
In the desert where the days are hotter
And the nights are colder
Without your grace, I wouldn't endure
I who have tasted water from the rock's cleft
I've seen the sea part
And had to close the pit
Of those who walked beside me
To get to this point
Like a memorial of God
And step on the soles of my feet
On the land He gave me
That He gave me
The time of suffering is over
The time to sing has come
The desert is left behind
The order is to celebrate
The time of suffering is over
The time to sing has come
The desert is left behind
The order is to celebrate
I am under the cloud of God's glory
The victory He has already given me
No one can silence my voice
Under the cloud of God's glory
I can rejoice
I can celebrate
