In the holy temple, to offer you
A sublime gift, oh God of love
Your infant Son, to save us
From enslaved life, Liberator!

Christmas! Celebration of harmony
Love came to set us free
And God, in the joyful liturgy
Also gives us gifts at this altar!

The bell rings in Bethlehem
And simple people come to worship
It's the God child, coming to save us
From evil, from death, coming to free us

Offering Mother, so happy
Who keeps everything in her heart
Thus, heaven blesses everyone
And gives her Son in sacrifice
