Vendo Jesus Aparecer

Seeing Jesus appear
And coming to eat with them
Explaining the passion
Everyone understands that the Lord
Is alive and out of love
Sends them on a mission

Resurrected, Christ appeared
He shared a meal with his friends
And giving peace, he sent them to proclaim
The love of his Father to all nations

Today also in the meal
We relive the passion
And the victory of the Cross
Wine and bread on the altar
Will serve to proclaim
God saves us in Jesus
