Don't stop just because someone didn't believe
Don't stop just because someone once humiliated you
Understand that the journey is indeed God's way of acting
Like a stone being shaped in your hands, you will have to be
Whoever sees a diamond doesn't understand, can't imagine its value
Like gold going into the hands of a goldsmith and undergoing a transformation process

The Bible compares us to shapeless clay going into the hands of a potter
But soon it's transformed into a vessel, once finished, it's beautiful and perfect

Go through the fire
Go through the water, be shaped by the sculptor
If you're crushed, give glory to God
You're being molded in the hands of the Lord
But when this process is over
Like a jewel of value, you will shine
And those who once saw you suffer
Will have to see God exalt you again
Like gold or diamond, your value will be
A treasure well kept in the hands of your Lord
Which precious stone will you shine like
This is how God works, let Him act
