Metamorfose

They set fire to the furnace of my heart
And the fire spread and burned me and continued
It did not go out

I was immersed in a cold world
I was a tough man, with a frozen heart
A useless and motionless body
In a hard-to-find place
But one day the sun of justice arose
And changed my situation
That divine light soon warmed me
The great iceberg melted
And a fire ignited in my heart

Now my life is a bonfire
My universe is a beauty
Soon those darkness turned into light
I am living like a lit torch
And this holy fire never went out
Every day it burns, it never fails
The Almighty One was the one who lit it
All the coldness disappeared,
continues burning like a furnace
