Remember, Lord, your faithful love forever!
Let the enemies not triumph over the people!
From their distress, O Lord, deliver your people!

1. Lord, my God, I lift up my soul to you,
In you I trust: let me not be ashamed.
Let not be ashamed those who put their hope in you,
But those who deny their faith for nothing!

2. Show me, Lord, your ways,
And make me know your path!
Your truth guides and leads me,
For you are the God of my salvation!

3. Remember, Lord my God, your tenderness
And your compassion that are eternal.
Do not remember my sins when I was young,
Nor remember my faults and offenses.

4. The Lord is mercy and righteousness,
And leads sinners back to the right path.
He guides the humble in justice,
And teaches the poor his way.

5. Truth and love are the ways of the Lord
For those who follow his covenant and his precepts.
O Lord, for your name and your honor,
Forgive my sins which are many.
