When I was a kid, I had nothing at all
Now life has treated me differently
It's given me things I never thought I'd have
I'm a serious man, an influential person

I gave my mother a future and a good present
I made it clear that I'm a decent man
She gave me something I can never repay
She gave me life, and that can't be bought by anyone

I was born hungry to someday rise above
If you aim for something, you gotta hit it one day
Little by little, I climbed in this life
No one has been able to befriend ruin

I have businesses that keep me afloat
Why should I brag when I know where I come from?
Simplicity is what has earned me respect
And humility, I carry that from my roots

To be great in life

I'm from a little ranch in the mountains
Among ravines, paths, and stones
That's where I learned to take my first steps
While my mother held my hand

I've overcome life's injustices
Because I've never backed down from hard work
Here we are, working day by day
So nothing is lacking for the family
