El Apache

The Apache
I wanted a woman with all my soul
And in a kiss, I gave her all my love
I stole just for her
And one bad day, even crime dragged me
To jail, two men took me
And she, fierce, accompanied me there
And swearing to return the next day
Left me alone and sad behind bars
'It's my apache,' she said seeing me imprisoned
'It's my apache, my brave defender'
Two tears sprang from her eyes
And a kiss blossomed on her lips
Weeks passed slowly
And the ungrateful one did not return to jail
Then I found out she was betraying me vilely
And I only thought of revenge
I climbed those walls and now free
I saw her with the other in an alley
And my knife, fair and blind
Split their hearts forever
'It's my apache,' she said seeing me imprisoned
'It's my apache who knows my betrayal'
And as she fell forever bloodied
With her eyes, she asked for my forgiveness
