Road to Canaan
On the road to Canaan went the people of Israel very tired they were
Behold Amalek came out to face Moses when they least expected it
And Moses said to Joshua choose brave men to go face the enemy tomorrow I will be on the summit of the hill with the rod of the living God
As he raised his hands
Israel prevailed
But when he lowered them the tribe of Amalek prevailed against them
There were two men there holding up his hands
Thus achieving firmness
So that Israel could then obtain victory
When the sun finally set
And the day ended Amalek was defeated
And God said to Moses
For memory in a book write down what has happened
Amalek raised his hands against the throne of the Almighty God
God promised to exterminate all the descendants of that people forever
