A great multitude has risen against me, saying
There is no salvation for him in God
And the heart, tight and downcast, cries
I seek the darkness and solitude

You are my shield and buckler
You are my glory, You are my God
Who lifts up my head and sustains me
With my voice I cry out to God
And He answers from the holy mountain
Where I can find rest

Come, save me, Lord
