Desfile de Los Cupidos
Cri-Cri
Parade of the Cupids
Always after any downpour
Pay close attention to what happens in the sky
Little by little the clouds open up
And the sun shines through little blue holes
And if you're curious you'll see pink cupids
Who, by flapping their white wings
Leave sounds of little bells
After the rain stops, with a ray of sun
The fluffy-haired cupids come
Marching without stopping
Through the silver clouds
Looking for hearts
Behind the rainbow, they are seen parading
With their arrows ready to shoot
A chubby cupid, while playing
With dewdrops
Finds himself far from the others
Crying, he runs behind
From the glory of the sun
The cupids shoot
Their invisible little arrows
Into the hearts they hit
They faint in sighs
Of uncontrollable illusion
Because each cupid is a good shooter
When they hit the mark, love blossoms
They are very beautiful to see
But I prefer to cover myself
Hidden under my umbrella
If they shoot me, what can I do?
I'll have to love you by force
