Agradecido Con Dios

I live grateful to God
I thank God every day
I was dead and life was given to me
I have the peace I didn't have before

Grateful to God for the air I breathe
Grateful Lord for the daily bread
Grateful Jesus for my shoes and clothes
And above all my king because you keep me alive

Lord, how can I forget
All the suffering of that day
When you were humiliated and despised

Wounded and beaten and you said nothing
And without mercy they crucified you
Beating you until you lost your life
Thank you Jesus for paying for my sins
When truly I didn't deserve it

Grateful Lord for my parents and my children
Grateful my king for the daily bread
Grateful Lord for my shoes and clothes
And above all Lord because you keep me alive

My Christ, grateful to God I will live
Grateful I will always be with Him
Grateful to God I will live
Grateful Jesus I will always be
How can I not thank you

After such a great salvation
Jesus, since I made you my king
I have not slept hungry
I marvel, Lord, when someone in a wheelchair
Greets me on the street with such joy
Some who cannot see, others without hands, others without legs
And others who have everything complain day and night

We have the story of the brave Job
An example to follow in life
Who, subjected to trial, lost everything
Remaining without wealth and without his family
But then the Lord multiplied it
Giving him twice what he had
That's why we must thank God
For all the sorrows and joys
