Nada Menos
Dan Lluvia
Nothing Less
The dream that's big, the house that's small
Feeling autumn for the first time
My great companion, a guitar, some wine
A yard, some flowers, and a sunset
The smell of rain, the urge for nothing
Living without a signal on the TV
Time that is time and not gold, and if it rushes
It crashes head-on into our love
Hatred and the world knocking at the door
And always from here trying to be happy
Everything that hurt me yesterday is water under the bridge
Memories turned into scars
If I lose, I learned, that's time gained
And if not, there’s always something to learn
Not giving up, not throwing in the towel
Not dragging yesterday into tomorrow
Nothing you don’t already know
The impossible moon, the endless night
The friendly dogs, the bar's crazies
The pains far away, the stars close
Finding a good spot to let go
The absurd silence, the mandatory nap
Contrast, the field, and a goal celebration
The bike waiting impatiently at the door
Going out to chase another sunset
Living, living feeling and nothing more
Living thinking only about what I feel
Living being the days and not just a simple spectator
Living playing, living risking my life in the attempt
Nothing you don’t already know
