Vaso de Alabastro
Danielle Cristina
Alabaster Jar
Everyone looking
When she went to Jesus
She stumbled, had tears in her eyes
And suffering, she could hear them
Saying: This is not your place
But she stayed
Her face blushed
Until she knelt at His feet
And without saying anything
Her gesture spoke loudly
She poured love on the Master
From her Alabaster jar
I came to pour out my praise
Like Mary, who poured out her perfume
Don't be upset if I wash Your feet with my tears
And dry them with my hair
Because You didn't see when He found me
And didn't feel what I felt
When His love enveloped me
You don't know the value of the oil
In my Alabaster jar
I haven't forgotten how I lived
A slave entangled by sin
I spent days of my life thinking
That everything would end like this
Until the day my Jesus came to me
And healed me with the touch of His hands
And now I want to give
All my worship
I was forgiven, and that's why
I love Him so much
I came to pour out my praise
Like Mary, who poured out her perfume
Don't be upset if I wash Your feet with my tears
And dry them with my hair (dry them)
Because You didn't see when He found me
And didn't feel what I felt
When His love enveloped me
You don't know the value of the oil (you don't know the value of my praise)
You don't know the value of the oil in my Alabaster jar
